1. About this website
This website is operated by legal name of the developer / promoter, registered address. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. RERA disclosures
Every project advertised here must be registered with the relevant State Real Estate Regulatory Authority before it is advertised or sold, as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 requires. Its registration number is shown alongside it. Full project details, approvals and quarterly progress are on the authority’s website:
- Punjab (Mohali, New Chandigarh, Zirakpur): rera.punjab.gov.in
- Haryana (Panchkula): haryanarera.gov.in
Areas are stated as carpet area as defined in the Act. Where a super or built-up area is mentioned, the carpet area is always given alongside it.
3. Not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a promise of availability, price, specification or possession date. Those are set only by the allotment letter and the registered agreement for sale. Specifications, layouts and amenities may change only as approved by the competent authority and as the law allows.
4. Images and representations
Photos and video on this site show the style and standard of home described. For a real client site: label each image as either an actual photograph of the named project, an artist’s impression, or a representative/stock image. Furniture, fittings and landscaping shown are not included in the sale unless the agreement for sale says so.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), without affecting any remedy you have before the RERA authority or a consumer commission.
